Hope Adair
President, Content Creator
Forged in the Arkansas River Valley, Hope has an affinity for the outdoors, great food, and loud music. She originally studied music in college, but afterward Hope let her creativity and dual-sided brain branch out into a freelance social media content creation company for small businesses. Not long after this, she joined Red Massive. Since being a content curator for Red Massive, Hope has also taken on the role of President and day-to-day Logistics Coordinator, managing projects and keeping things rolling and growing for the company.
Digital storytelling on social media, meaningful marketing, and organization of all types are her groove. You’ll always find Hope with a coffee (or chai!) in one hand, water in the other, and a load of brilliant ideas bubbling out of her brain. Hope thrives when collaborating with small business to highlight the personality of what they do, why they do it, and who makes it happen.

One of our mottos at Red Massive came from Jason’s heart and soul. “We create because we’re creators.” Nothing is more true for Jason. The need to create killer marketing and design pieces has always been a core motivator in what we do. Jason creates because he is a creator.
When Jason isn’t working, he’s probably spending time with his family, playing music (check him out on Spotify or SoundCloud), or learning something new. Lately he’s been interested in 3d Scanning and NFT projects. He loves to get creative with the clients he serves, whether on the web, behind the camera, or with digital marketing consultations.
